1. Who is responsible
CPU Clinic is a public-facing brand. The individual operator of CPU Clinic in Cyprus is responsible for personal information processed through this website.
2. Information collected
The enquiry form requests your name, email address, a general service category and a message. Depending on the service selected, it may also request an optional organisation or existing website, or the type of computer or device involved.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement. It is not collected for a newsletter or bundled with marketing consent.
4. How enquiries are handled
The form sends information securely by POST and validates it before processing. A privacy-friendly honeypot and limited abuse controls are used instead of third-party CAPTCHA tracking. Enquiries are not stored in a website database, and the application does not intentionally collect IP addresses or browser user-agent details for form handling.
5. Service providers and recipients
CPU Clinic uses technical service providers for website hosting and sends website enquiries to its Google Gmail inbox. These providers receive only the information needed for their role. Personal information is not sold. If information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate legal safeguard will be used where required.
